Pawpaw Pow

This is a limited release, special edition hot sauce made in collaboration with Muddy Crops and their supply of the bizarrely wonderful pawpaw. Has there ever been another pawpaw hot sauce?

Pawpaw Pow is crafted with a delicate balance of pawpaw's sweet custard with ginger, vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and cloves We roasted the butternut squash to bring the sweetness to the forefront and we use Madame Jeanette and Sugar Rush Peach peppers for a medium heat with a hint of citrus. The experience evokes pumpkin spice and gingerbread, but with a unique and unusual twist.
