Penny’s pineapple sauce—basically, liquid gold. The burst of fresh pineapple with stewed tomato is followed by the fruity warmth of habanero and scotch bonnet pepper. The approachable medium heat level of this sauce pairs well with seafood, salads, tequila, desserts, bulgolgi, tacos, pizza, and anything that might benefit from a tangy, sweet and fruity kick of heat.



Penny is a close friend of the founders of Beko Foods Inc., integral to starting their social media and initial marketing campaigns. She came to Canada from Peru as a young adult in the 2010s, bringing her sweet and spicy Latina personality—and so much joy—to everyone she meets. We love her, and so will you.
