The answer lies in the fact that 50% of a patty is pastry—a specialty for pastry chef and owner Rochelle Williams. The patties, aka Petite Patties, come in both sweet and savoury flavors (as well as vegan and dairy free options), offering something for everyone.

Vegan flavours: curry potato & chickpea, mango (sweet), plantain (sweet)
