Petite Patties
One might wonder why a company called The Dessert Artist makes Jamaican patties, given their traditionally savoury nature. The answer lies in the fact that 50% of a patty is pastry—a specialty for pastry chef and owner Rochelle Williams. The patties, aka Petite Patties, come in both sweet and savoury flavors (as well as vegan and dairy free options), offering something for everyone.
Dairy free flavours: beef, spicy beef, jerk chicken
Vegan flavours: curry potato & chickpea, mango (sweet), plantain (sweet)
Remaining flavours: rum raisin (sweet)
