Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Camptech II Circuits provides PCB assembly services from its facility in Markham, Ontario, supporting both prototypes and production runs. Our capabilities include SMT, through-hole and mixed-technology assembly, as well as double-sided SMT, fine-pitch BGA and QFN placement, press-fit connectors and selective soldering. Turnkey and consigned assembly options are available, along with component sourcing and box-build services.

Camptech is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, supporting documented process controls and full lot traceability. Inspection capabilities include 3D solder paste inspection, automated optical inspection and X-ray inspection. ICT, flying-probe testing and functional testing are also available when required. Assemblies can be produced to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 requirements.
