Regular bodied cement for PVC joints with interference fits only. Fast setting. Meets ASTM D-2564 requirements. Recommended for welding PVC Electrical Conduit and Duct systems creating a solid waterproof joint. Used with our approved 3 PRIMER or 3V PRIMER.
