The QuantumPak Q800C-N4X is a high-performance, industrial band sealer engineered for demanding environments requiring strict sanitation. Built to NEMA 4X washdown specifications, this model features high-quality stainless steel construction that withstands moisture, cleaning agents, and corrosive conditions – making it ideal for food, beverage, pet food, and pharmaceutical packaging applications.

Powered by a PLC system and operated through an intuitive 7-inch HMI touchscreen, the Q800C-N4X provides precise control of sealing temperature, conveyor speed, and operating parameters. This ensures consistent, hermetic seals across a wide range of metalized, paper, and plastic materials and bag styles, including pillow, gusseted, and flat pouches.

With a fully synchronized, heavy-duty product conveyor, the Q800C-N4X seals at speeds up to 800 inches per minute and supports bags weighing up to 15 lbs. For heavier applications, the Q800C-HD model offers an upgraded conveyor and drive system.

Designed for 24/7 operation, the Q800C-N4X can be configured with optional features such as TIJ or CIJ printers, wider, longer conveyors, and bag-top trimmers. It integrates seamlessly with Linear Net Weigh or Vibratory Scales to create a complete, hygienic packaging solution.
