Quantum Efficiency Measurement System
This system measures Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) and External Quantum Efficiency (EQE), also known as Incident Photon to Charge Carrier Efficiency (IPCE), for any photovoltaic device.
The system basically is a tunable monochromatic light source based on a xenon arc lamp, triple grating monochromator, filters and reflective optics to generate a very stable monochromatic light with minimum chromatic aberrations to a photovoltaic test device.
