The Q400C is QuantumPak’s continuous bag sealer that can seal bags & pouches at speeds up to 400” per minute.

The Q400C’s rugged design and heavy duty construction will hermetically seal a wide variety of metalized, paper, Tyvek & other plastic materials and a variety of bag styles. It is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide range of demanding industries and with its standard 6” wide x 4’ long fully synchronized product conveyor, it can hold bags weighing up to 10 lbs. and up to 22” tall as standard.

The Q400C can seal pillow top or gusseted bags at speeds up to 15+ bags per minute. The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
