1. Remove corned beef from packaging and place in a pot.
2. Add enough water to cover the product.
3. Bring water to a boil, reduce temperature to medium-low and allow to simmer for 2-3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
4. Remove from pot. Slice and serve.
