* Elderberry can help stop viruses and bacteria from replicating, potentially preventing or mitigating the progression of illness boosting the immune system, and reducing the severity and duration of colds and flu, and providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help with recovery.

* Boneset is used to reduce fever, and is known for its used to treat influenza, swine flu, acute bronchitis, nasal inflammation, joint pain (rheumatism), fluid retention, dengue fever, and pneumonia. It is a stimulant and can increase sweating to help sweat out infection and illness.

* White Willow bark contains a chemical called salicin, which is similar to aspirin. It has pain and fever reducing effects in the body and can help with back pain, osteoarthritis, fever, flu, muscle pain, and many other conditions.
