This carefully curated rub is just what your inner grill master needs. Not everyone wants the same amount of Sugar and Salt in their rubs so we’re leaving that option up to you. We’ve got only the good stuff in this blend spices and herbs. Add your own salt and sugar to your heart's desire.

How Much Should I Use?
Approx. 1 TBSP per lb of protein.

Best method: before cooking, drizzle the food with an oil of choice, then add your Fearless Cookin' Spice blends until it's seasoned to your desired preference.

This will help evenly season the foods.

A Note On Salt:
We’ve intentionally omitted sugar and salt from our spice blends. Since we get that everyone’s tastes and dietary needs vary, leaving these two ingredients out will allow you greater control over the flavour.
