Salado is a salty and zesty Spanish style cider. Salado is fermented with fresh asparagus, cucumber, Thai basil, jalapeno, lime, and finished with Icelandic sea salt. This release was topped with our in-house sour culture, and sour aged for 6 months. *Only 80 bottles produced*
NOTE: This is a bottle conditioned product and may gush upon opening. The product should be chilled and opened slowly/carefully.
