Made from sprouted 100% organic Ontario yellow dent corn grown by Sheardown family farms in Simcoe County, and malted at King Farms in York County. Double distilled, then aged for over 3 years in a #3 char virgin American oak cask.
Candy apple, baking spices, and pepper on the nose. Butter caramel, vanilla, and toasty oak in the mouth. Warm and comforting in the belly. Just right for a blustery spring.
