SideLinks Word Association Game
This is a tabletop word association card game that connects words conceptually. There are 140 cards per box, comprising 560 words (4 per card) and 10,000+ known connections.
SideLinks is the updated version of my original Connections game, which is now sold out!
There are over a dozen ways to play this game, the most popular being the Classic mode. Connect words on edges of cards with other related words to score points. These are conceptual connections like SNOW + COLD and DOG and PET.
The fun starts when someone makes a contentious connection, one which doesn't make sense to other players. The connection must be "sold" and friendly debates ensue. Democratically resolve with thumbs up or thumbs down. A web-based "Arbitration App" also helps resolve disputed ties.
