Signage
Polyboard Design uses Libby ColourCap® for its signage. It is a line of multi-coloured HDPE sheet made from prime natural resin. ColourCap® is resistant to chipping, has high impact strength and is durable & rigid. Whether it is a smooth or scratch resistant (textured) finish it is easily cleaned. It is stain, odour, chemical and moisture resistant. ColourCap® also performs great in harsh hot and cold temperature conditions.
ColourCap® is used for signage and graphic applications because it illustrates different colours in the outside layers and the core. We provide a wide variety of stock in our standard sizes and six standard colour combinations ranging from .250″ up to 1″ in thickness. ColourCap® is UV protected which extends the life of the product for outdoor applications.
