Spicy Maple Pepperettes
This dream combo meat stick is thanks to the lovely folks at Mountain Maple Products. Their granddaughter, who was maybe 10 at the time, was dipping our hot pepperettes into maple syrup. Hmmmmm, that did sound yummy so we created this product. Made with 50/50 beef and pork and St Joseph's Island maple syrup. It's spicy, but the sweet adds another dimension. Also gluten free.
