Spicy Pickled Carrots
WHY YOU'LL LOVE - These pickles have their own fan club...or they should. Customers stalk me to ensure I will be bringing them to the market. One customer even said that her family now knows there are two things in her home they are not allowed to touch - her Tim Horton's Iced Cappuccino and her Spicy Pickled Carrots. Quite the compliment!
TWO TIPS - Try these spicy carrots as a garnish in your Caesar or cut them up and add some zest to a salad. My preference is to always just simply eat them straight out of the jar.
