A light, refreshing and fruit-forward blend of strawberry, apple and spearmint. A perfectly refreshing flavour that will bring you closer to nature and its healing potential.

Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We combine organic oolong tea, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. It is then moved into a secondary fermentation where we add a unique tea blend of dried apple, strawberry, mint and botanicals. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
