The Canadian Shield
The Canadian Shield is a piece of personal protective equipment that is 100% designed and manufactured in Ontario, Canada. Designed with hospitals and medical institutions in mind, the shield was developed by InkSmith as a result of the increasing demand for a Canadian-made solution to global shortages of PPE in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.
- Reusable: When cleaned with chemical sanitation, The Canadian Shield can be reused 10-14 times. Each shipment of our face shields for healthcare come with instructions as well as Public Health guidelines for sanitation and reuse of the product.
- Affordable: To equip as many Canadians as possible, The Canadian Shield is priced as an affordable PPE option when compared to other disposable shields. The ability to reuse and sanitize the shield also helps in limiting waste.
- Full Coverage: The Canadian Shield exceeds the facial coverage of disposable PPE face shield equivalents.
