Three Citrus Marmalade
A chunky full fruit style of marmalade that uses the entire fruit of grapefruits, oranges and lemons, with a lower level of sugar than commercial marmalades, you will get your fill of citrus notes with this spread. It pairs well with tea biscuits, scones, sourdough and other breads, and is also lovely swirled into yogurt, and tasty when used in cocktails and vinaigrettes.
Ingredients: Sugar, grapefruit, orange, lemon.
Vegan, gluten-free.
Made without added pectin or large quantities of sugar. Can be kept 12+ months if unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4-6 weeks.
