Our signature artisan hot sauce Asian Kick is a heavily Japanese influenced condiment inspired by a seven month stint abroad in the Ishikawa Prefecture. A grilled shishito base heated with Green Hot Chili Peppers and seasoned with a heavy citrus kick boasting a rich umami balance. This sauce pairs excellent with white flesh fish and drizzled over cold salads.
