Togarashi Shichimi
Literally translating to “seven flavor chile pepper,” shichimi togarashi dates back to the 1600s, when chiles were first introduced in Japan, and are meant to bring out out the clean, simple flavors of Japanese cooking. Excellent on tuna, seafood, vegetables. wontons, appetizers and soups. Contains Sesame Seed.
