When it came time to pull the pepper plants, we didn’t have the heart to compost the peppers that were still on the plants. So we fire roasted them along with all the other ingredients. This is what gives this blend of Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, 7-Pot, Ghost and six other peppers it’s stunning flavour!
