Our signature Ukrainian borscht is prepared in small batches in Strathroy, Ontario, using only local ingredients. We proudly work with a local butcher to source premium beef short ribs and tenderloin.

Each portion is packed with flavour and hearty vegetables — beets, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes — creating an authentic and nourishing soup. Available in both frozen and chilled 400g portions.
