The OG—Veronica’s Hot Sauce. Our original sweet and smoky tomato with scotch bonnet pepper base is the mother of all of our sauces. Ease your way into our flavour-packed lineup with this mild-medium sauce, dip, spread, marinade, and salsa. Veronica pairs seamlessly with sweet or savoury food options, including butter tart, pastry, pasta, stir fry, pizza, chili, rice and tortilla chips—the possibilities are endless.



Veronica was a friend and mentor of Beko, co-founder of Beko Foods Inc. She always encouraged him to start his own business venture and to cook his delicious foods as a way of showcasing his personality and talents. She pushed him to bottle and sell his original hot sauce recipe. When she passed away in 2020 of ovarian cancer, Beko promised to honour her by naming his first hot sauce after her. Thus, Veronica’s Hot Sauce was born, inspiring Beko to name the rest of his sauces after real Canadian women.
