Wasabi Powder
Also known as Japanese horseradish, Wasabi is a variety of green horseradish grown only in Japan. It has a sharp flavor that is hotter than white horseradish, but has an herbal overtone. Mix half and half with tepid water to form a paste. Add to sushi, soba, sashimi and other Japanese dishes. Contains all-natural Horseradish Powder, Mustard Powder and Spinach Powder.
