Yellow Catuai Variety - Viennese Roast

Enjoy black, or with milk. Tasting notes: candied pecans, licorice, brown sugar.

One of our dad’s (Don Rey) favourite beans. It’s complexity and acidity lends itself to great sweetness even in the darker spectrum of roast profiles. An intensely sweet bean, also the coffee cherry has a Yellow skin colour, hence it’s name.
