I personally germinate exotic Hot Pepper Plants and sell them in the spring.  I then grow throughout the summer and sell the actual peppers in the fall. What I have left I ferment over the winter and make various Hot Sauces. I also make a fantastic Apricot based Pepper Jelly that is very unique, like no other.  Other featured products could include Spices, Oils, Hot Honey and Maple Syrup, Mustards.
