Designed Precision Castings is an investment casting foundry in the Toronto area (Brampton) which since 1958 have been manufacturing custom, ferrous, non ferrous and light alloy investment castings.

At DP Cast we pour steel, stainless steel and aluminum for our customers in the aircraft, defense, oilfield, medical, nuclear, mining and other industries.  With our in-house mold-making capacity we can build and maintain any required molds and we can inspect any critical parts with our full in-house non-destructive testing facility that includes x-ray, liquid penetrant inspection.

1)  Assist in design development and use our value-add processes to improve design functionality and reduce casting costs

2)  Produce the required molds with our mold-making facility

3)  Our expertise allows us to take a customer’s 3-dimensional designs, paper drawings, or sketched ideas and manufacture molds on our CNC mill

4)  All casting is done here in Canada which eliminates issues with intellectual property, language, time zones and minimizes shipping costs

5) All metal we pour is analysed, on-site, on our spectrometer using standards traceable to NIST US government standards
