Mazzocato Maple Farm is a family run, first generation farm established in 2012 exclusively for the purpose of producing maple syrup. The 100 acre woodlot is uniquely located in the heart of southern Ontario, on the rugged rock of the Niagara escarpment.

 

Our commitment has evolved to an obsession, to producing the best quality, certified organic maple syrup. This commitment extends to sustainable forest management, and minimizing our carbon footprint.

 

Mazzocato Maple honors traditional harvesting techniques, merged with modern scientific process and diligence ensuring efficiency in sap collection. This enables the transformation of every drop of sap, into pure maple syrup. The result is the best colour, taste, and consistency every time.
