At Poor Boy Soles Bespoke Shoe Co., we do things differently. Nestled in Cobalt, Ontario—a National Historic Site and the birthplace of hard rock mining—our shop is housed in one of the town’s first bank buildings, established in 1905 during the Silver Boom.

We blend traditional craftsmanship with both vintage and modern tools to repair footwear, restore leather goods, and create custom orders. Many of our clients describe the experience as "stepping into a working museum," with equipment dating from 1797 to the 1950s—plus a few modern machines (because sometimes, you just need another sewing machine).
