Pickling Dixie Limited

Since 2017, our preserves have been made using heirloom garden produce from our 2 acre market garden. We begin the seed growing process in February of each year, and hand tend  to the produce all season long. Our produce is harvested and preserved using traditional and unique approved recipes within hours of being picked, so you have the freshest and highest quality in our small batch products. Seasonally, we create over 3500 items by hand and can be found in retail locations as well as local markets.
