Since 2009, Global Plas has been manufacturing interior, exterior, under-the-hood, and flocked plastic components for Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive plastics industry. With certifications in IATF16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015, our two Vaughan-based facilities conduct operations including injection moulding (65T - 2700T), flocking, semi-automatic and automatic assembly lines, and real-time machine production tracking. Under the leadership of a highly experienced management team and conducting R&D with a skilled workforce, annual revenues have steadily grown over the years.  With decades of experience in implementing automated robotic control systems, we have used robotics in tolerance part scanning, increasing precision, part capacity and output, and reducing mechanical latency and system downtime
