Fine Cotton Factory

Fine Cotton Factory is a circular knitter in Toronto, Ontario. We use best-
of-breed raw materials and machinery to manufacture mattress,
institutional, industrial, top-of-bed and apparel fabrics. With our own,
state-of-the-art dyeing facility, we can match any colour, remove
shrinkage with fabric washing and offer almost any finishing technology.

Technical fabrics of all shapes/sizes are a core competency for FCF.
Allowing us to develop product lines that are broad, and deep. Our
product diversity, enhanced by our on-trend design team and
customization means that we’ll always work with you to identify the best
fit. This is our value proposition.

Fine Cotton is committed to using sustainable manufacturing practices because we
know greenwashing isn't the answer. Our products are dyed and finished in our own
state-of-the-art facility, with low-impact dyes, in low-liquor machines, and high-efficiency
energy consumption units. Our GOTS, OCS and GRS Certifications audit our production
inputs, to ensure we meet their standard as a low-impact environmental and high-impact
social manufacturer.
Our goal is to elevate the conversation on sustainability, by offering traceability through
our GOTS, OCS, and GRS certified fabrics. These standards are measured in three parts:
Social Equity, energy conservation, and environmental excellence. Not all of our
products are GOTS or GRS certified, but we are driven by these certifications and it
defines how we operate our facilities every day.
