The Bread Essentials

The Bread Essentials is a one stop shop where everything Gluten Free and Nut Free can be found from bakery to grocery items. Everything baked in the bakery is free from preservatives and additives. We strive to buy and promote local products as much as possible and have hard to find staple food. We are well known for our Sourdoughs, such as Rosemary, Olive, Multigrain, wholegrain, and white. Our pies are also very prized by our clients, especially our Tourtière and Chicken Pot Pie, or our fruit pies. On the weekend, we have special items such as crullers, beignets, eclairs, apple fritters and our corn dogs (vegan, beef, grass-fed chicken). We also make custom cakes and desserts whether vegan or with butter and eggs. We strive to make people with Gluten and Nut allergy feel normal.

 

All our products are made Gluten Free and Nut Free, preservatives and additives free. We are very allergy friendly. Our products not only taste good, but they are also good for you! We are what we eat, and we are Healthy and Looking Good!
