Our Story
Kopi Thyme began from humble cooking adventures in Saskatoon. As two food lovers (Sara and Tao Yee) we spent weekends experimenting in the kitchen, recreating the dishes we grew up with. But cooking every day as busy adults proved to be a challenge, and we couldn’t help but notice the lack of locally-made Southeast Asian products in Canada. So, we decided to change that! From our love of food and the desire to make cooking hassle-free, Kopi Thyme was born.

Our sauces are inspired by the beloved dishes of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Vietnamese flavours we’ve fallen in love with here in Canada. We’ve worked hard to preserve the essence of Southeast Asia while making them easy, quick, and totally fun to use. Whether you're cooking, dipping, or marinating, our flavours will take your meals to the next level without any stress.
