Aroi is an Ottawa-based food business specializing in Northern Thai cuisine, founded in early 2024. We began as an RSVP-only khao soi (Northern Thai curry noodle soup) pop-up and have since expanded to include a premium chili oil product launched in August 2024. Our chili oil is handcrafted in small batches with a focus on quality aromatics: chili, shallots, and garlic. It's designed to be a versatile, foundational ingredient for home cooks and food enthusiasts.
