We are a local, family-owned business in Ottawa, founded by two passionate Latin American entrepreneur moms—one a chef, the other a social worker. Our specialty is crafting handmade empanadas using fresh, local ingredients, with a focus on authentic Argentine and Colombian flavors.

We offer six delicious types of empanadas to suit a variety of tastes and dietary needs: Argentine beef, gluten-free Colombian beef and potatoes, gluten-free cheese, wheat-based spinach and ricotta, vegan sweet potato and chickpea, and wheat-based chicken. Our menu is inclusive, ensuring everyone can enjoy a taste of Latin America.

To elevate the experience, we pair our empanadas with our signature aji sauce, adding a burst of flavor to every bite. And for those with a sweet tooth, our classic Alfajores provide the perfect finishing touch.

 

 

Nous sommes une entreprise familiale locale à Ottawa, fondée par deux mamans entrepreneures latino-américaines passionnées : l'une chef, l'autre travailleuse sociale. Notre spécialité est de fabriquer des empanadas faites à la main à partir d'ingrédients frais et locaux, en mettant l'accent sur les saveurs authentiques d'Argentine et de Colombie.

Nous proposons six délicieux types d'empanadas pour répondre à une variété de goûts et de besoins alimentaires : bœuf argentin, bœuf colombien et pommes de terre sans gluten, fromage sans gluten, épinards et ricotta à base de blé, patate douce et pois chiches végétaliens et poulet à base de blé. Notre menu est inclusif, garantissant que chacun puisse profiter d'un avant-goût de l'Amérique latine.

Pour rehausser l'expérience, nous associons nos empanadas à notre sauce aji signature, ajoutant une explosion de saveur à chaque bouchée. Et pour les gourmands, nos Alfajores classiques apportent la touche finale parfaite.
