We are 3 life-long friends that came together to produce and introduce Salsa Macha to the Canadian market. Salsa Macha is a chili crisp made with Mexican dried chilies confited in oil with sesame and pumpkin seeds. It offers a warm heat that is not overwhelmingly spicy with a delicious smoky flavor and a nutty tone. Our Salsa macha is unique in that it is made with %100 Olive Oil. Besides the health benefits in replacing other oils such as canola and vegetable, Olive oil elevates the flavors of the chilies and seeds in our products. In our short term small success with salsa macha we were able to expand our creations to Jalapeno Jam and seasonings. We hope to keep growing with our Ottawa community to be able to introduce more of our creations to the market.
