Perky Cats is an Ottawa-based collection of one-of-a-kind handmade fabric cat characters created by Ukrainian-Canadian textile artist and author Olesya Lebedenko. Each cat is individually designed, cut, sewn, stuffed, finished and accessorized in her home studio. Every character has its own name, collection, expression and curious little story. Made in small quantities and never mass-produced, Perky Cats bring together original textile design, careful craftsmanship and gentle humour.
