We made Hand-cut, Hand-rolled, butter folded in, from a traditional French recipe, Croissants and Pain au chocolat. 

We made them in two sizes: Regular and Mini. 

We also made Brioche Cinnamon Buns. 

We package our product in Retail and food service.
