emso bakery is a nut-free microbakery based in Toronto’s East end. Run by Emily, a self-taught baker, she blends Asian flavours with modern techniques to make beloved treats that are safe for others with nut allergies like her! Since launching in August 2025, emso has popped up at numerous Toronto markets with carefully crafted cookies, mochi, and deluxe rice krispie squares. Signature touches like toasted marshmallow hats and the cutest mini cookies have delighted customers all over the GTA!
