Montevideo bakery and Cafe

  Montevideo Bakery and Cafe is an Uruguayan bakery that has been open for 3 years and 2 months. The business was emerged with a mother and daughter with the dream to introduce the delightful treats into  Canada. I am an entrepreneur who believes in my creations.  In addition, i believe that existing products that are still not well known in Canada, can be introduced and enjoyed by thousands of Canadians and people from all ethnicities. This delight is a desirable treat in countries of south America, like Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru among others. Therefor, I am 100% sure that Alfajor will be a blast in the Canadian market. 

A cornstarch soft butter cookie filled with dulce de leche (caramel) wrapped in coconut, a taste of heaven not to be missed.  We manufacture this cookie in our bakery premise and we are licensed by the city of Toronto.  Alfajor is a must companion for the coffee/ tea  time as well as used for desserts and snacks.  The sweetmeat is presented in my account of Ontario Made.
