On-Call Performance is a Canadian-owned company founded by two Toronto surgeons who wanted a better way to stay fueled during demanding shifts. The company creates steady-energy, high-protein, plant-based bars made with dates and agave for sweetness, with no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. Each bar delivers 18–19 g of plant-based protein and 9 g of fibre.
