Rippah Chili Oil produces small-batch chili oil condiments locally in Toronto for home cooks and adventurous foodies. Unlike traditional chili oils that stick to a single regional profile, Rippah layers aromatics like lime leaf, lemongrass and tamarind with slow building heat creating a flavour that feels both familiar and completely unexpected. Rippah is vegan, MSG-free, and gluten-free.

As an Australian who moved to Canada for love, I found comfort in my spice cabinet when adapting to my new home. Tired of one-dimensional chili oils, I created Rippah- a bold, flavour-packed condiment designed to turn everyday meals into an adventure.
