Demetres was founded in 1989 in Toronto. We serve exceptional desserts in our 13 Ontario restaurants, all with our own ultra-luxurious ice creams that we’ve been making for over 30 years.

Our ice creams are famous for being the creamiest and richest ever made.

That comes from our extravagantly lavish ice cream base that is proprietary to Demetres. It’s this ultra rich, high butterfat, secret recipe goodness that makes each bite a taste of decadence.

We then take it one step further and do what few other ice cream manufacturers dare to do - combine it with very low overrun. The result is one dense, heavy ice cream that you'll notice the moment you pick it up.

Finally, we create exciting, bold, and original flavours - all made with the highest quality, scratch ingredients right here in our OMAFRA certified bakery in Vaughan, Ontario.
