I have been baking as a hobby for many, many years and it's time to try and make a living from it. Specializing in Italian baked breads and cookies, I have expanded to sauces, marinades and spices. Living in the incredible Niagara Region affords me the opportunity to grow my own ingredients, and have recently learned that my small-batch, handcrafted hot sauces rival any that are out there in taste, quality and just the right amount of heat.
