Galeforce Welding Inc in Brantford Ontario adheres to CWB certification for both manual and robotic MIG welding processes, whether it's a simple weldment from a manual welder or a full assembly off one of ten robotic welding cells.  The scope of robotic welding includes 6 single cells with a 30" radius, as well as 3 twin cells that can accommodate up to 24"x24"x84", and one 6-axis extended reach cell complimented with a 3 tonne bridge crane and a reach up to 10'.  In the 40,000 square foot facility, Galeforce Welding Inc has the ability to plasma cut, weld and powder coat, with additional laser cutting, forming, and machining capabilities at its sister company David W. Wilson Manufacturing in Cathcart Ontario.
