Our Niagara Based Ontario mushroom farm is dedicated to growing a wide variety of fresh gourmet mushrooms. We grow Lions Mane, Shiitake and various types of Oyster Mushrooms. We sell amazing grow kits and grow your own mushrooms at home on your kitchen counter. We are also the only mushroom farm with an executive chef and have created a full line of delicious soups, risottos and a chili.  We have a line of spice blends infused with mushrooms that are amazing on your favorite protean. They are all organic, plant based, gluten free and no salt. We also have dehydrated mushrooms for those who like to make there own creations.
