UnButter

UnButter is the first and only plant-based & allergen free butter substitute made with shea butter.  Recognized in north America  as an ingredient in skin and hair care, shea butter is a staple in the west african diet and widely used in Europe as an ingredient in chocolate making. Shea butter's similar sensory attributes to that of real butter is what sets UnButter apart from all other plant-based options.

Our chef created UnButter to have the same fat to water ratio as real butter, making it an excellent dairy free substitute in pastry dough and all baking recipes. UnButter is also excellent for frying as it has a high smoke point- UnButter is so similar to real butter even butter lovers love it!

UnButter comes in 3 flavours including Unsalted, Lightly Salted, Herb & Garlic.  All flavours are allergen free and can be enjoyed by even those with most sensitive food allergies. 

UnButter Herb & Garlic and the Lightly Salted version are low sodium.
